In the episode No 11 of Mondopreneur podcast we talked to Paola, a young independent lady that comes from Sicily, and lives and works in the UK. We talked about choosing a right profession for you by following your passions, what is business communications and how companies use the advantage of hiring people from different countries and cultural backgrounds to ease communication with foreign clients.

We also talked about new trends in the food industry, fruits sector, what is a new product development and how we can improve our attitude towards packed, ready made meals. Paola shared with us what she thinks about the state of entrepreneurship in Sicily and what can be improved so Sicily can attract more tourists.

This conversation was very emotional, though you can not feel it. Just a couple of days after our conversation, her nona passed away. She was the reason Paola decided to stay longer in Sicily.
