In the episode No28, we spoke to Milica Scepanovic from Podgorica, Montenegro. Milica is a journalist by education, but found her spot as a Creative Technical Writer and helps users of the company she works for to develop concise and helpful user manuals.

She shared with us how her constant need to challenge herself and travel gave her the opportunity to live in different countries and continents and her problems with USA visa brought her back to Montenegro. We spoke about how things changed in Montenegro, how software companies and design studios developed during a decade and now it’s normal for Montenegrin companies to hire local companies to do a website or run digital channels.

She also shared with us the experience of searching for a job through LinkedIn and how sometimes it can be time consuming but if you are persistent enough, you can find a dream job, like she did.
