We talk with Stela Karl Cosic on how to innovate yourself.
Stella started from a volunteer position at Saatchi & Saatchi, later she became marketing director of Delta Sport, then marketing director of Soko Stark after which she took over the role of GM. Usually, people when they get to such a position continue their career in that specific direction, but Stella made a total twist and turned to what she is today, a professional coach, activator, motivator.
