U moru ponuda koje u dana\u0161nje vreme imamo na tr\u017ei\u0161tu hrane, postavljamo pitanje: Kako izabrati najbolje za dete. Teodora i Sa\u0161a, obja\u0161njavaju nam neka od pravila zdrave ishrane, uz koja dete nikad ne\u0107e biti gladno, unosi\u0107e sve neophodne minerale i vitamine u organizam, smanji\u0107e potrebu za unosom slatki\u0161a i sokova, a u odraslom dobu ne\u0107e biti problema sa vi\u0161kom kilograma, sr\u010danim smetnjama, bolovima u ki\u010dmi i mnogim drugim koje gojaznost i nezdrava ishrana sa sobom nose.<\/p>\n<p>Oni obja\u0161njavaju i koliko je slatki\u0161a i \u201egrickalica\u201c dozvoljeno, da detetu ne ugorze zdravlje, a kako ih za\u0161tititi od brze hrane koja nas \u201enapada\u201c sa svih strana.<\/p>\n<p>Navode primere zdravih obroka i nagla\u0161avaju da deca moraju uve\u010de jesti, jer nikako ne smeju na spavanje gladna. Tako\u0111e nam otkrivaju za\u0161to se u moderno doba, sa sve ve\u0107om ponudom u ishrani, borimo sa epidemijom de\u010dje gojaznosti i savetuju kako da kod deteta razvijemo navike u zdravoj ishrani.<\/p>\n<p>Na ova, ali i na mnoga druga pitanja, na\u0161i gosti poku\u0161ali su da daju odgovore, koji \u0107e decu spasiti gojaznosti i svih zdravstvenih, fizi\u010dkih, ali i psiho-socijalnih posledica, koje ovaj problem ra\u0111a.
