Pitanje je za\u0161to je SMS poruka glavni na\u010din pla\u0107anja karata?<\/p>\n<p>\u0160api\u0107ev sistem ne prepoznaje na\u010din pra\u0107enja privatnih prevoznika, time se vra\u0107amo u devedesete i otpravnike na okretnicama.<\/p>\n<p>Komunalni milicajci \u0107e vr\u0161iti kontrolu karata, kazna za &#8222;\u0161verc&#8220; je 5.000 dinara.<br \/>\nUmesto dosada\u0161njih 250 kontrolora Bus Plusa zaposli\u010de se novih 180 komunalnih milicajaca.<\/p>\n<p>Manja cena i manje zona su privid pobolj\u0161anja gradskog prevoza. Ovaj sistem \u0107e uru\u0161iti poverenje u gradski prevoz. Ne postoji matematika koja potvr\u0111uje opravdanost novih cena karata. Nejasno je koja je ra\u010dunica za besplatan no\u0107ni prevoz.<\/p>\n<p>Da li smo stvarno sve vratili u ruke Grada Beograda ukoliko je ComTrade provajder pla\u0107anja SMS porukama, dominantnog na\u010dina pla\u0107anja, a Telekom Srbija uzima posao izrade softvera koji \u0107e bez tendera izraditi druge firme za potrebe javnog prevoza?<\/p>\n<p>Voza\u010da javnog prevoza nema dovoljno jer ako radi 40 sati nedeljno njegova plata je oko 60.000 dinara.<\/p>\n<p>Grad &#8222;ispod \u017eita&#8220; ukida trolejbuse i kupuje 60 kineskih elektro autobusa. Nije jasno za\u0161to se odustalo od jeftinijih &#8222;Solaris&#8220; autobusa jer su se pokazali rentabilnim. Umesto njih  kupuju se nekvalitetniji kineski i turski autobusi.
