Me\u0111utim, \u0161ta ako klju\u010d le\u017ei u sistemima u kojima radimo, u okru\u017eenju koje oblikuje na\u0161e pona\u0161anje, pa \u010dak i li\u010dnost?<\/p>\n<p>U novoj epizodi podcasta \u017divotna \u0161kola go\u0161\u0107a je profesorica Selma Kadi\u0107-Maglajli\u0107, jedna od vode\u0107ih istra\u017eiva\u010dica u oblasti prodaje i prodajnog menad\u017ementa, koja danas radi na Copenhagen Business School. Koautorica je knjige Principi prodaje i pregovaranja, prvog savremenog ud\u017ebenika li\u010dne prodaje u Bosni i Hercegovini, koji povezuje globalne standarde sa lokalnom poslovnom praksom. Predaje i gostuje na univerzitetima u Austriji, Sloveniji i Norve\u0161koj, a \u010dlanica je i American Marketing Association i European Marketing Academy.<\/p>\n<p>Njeno podru\u010dje ekspertize obuhvata prodaju i upravljanje prodajom, etiku u prodaji, emocionalnu inteligenciju te utjecaj radnog okru\u017eenja na pona\u0161anje zaposlenih, pa smo stoga i razgovarali o tome: mo\u017ee li posao promijeniti li\u010dnost? Njeno istra\u017eivanje, provedeno na vi\u0161e od 26.000 ispitanika, pokazuje da mo\u017ee.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Me\u0111utim, u istra\u017eivanju koje smo napravili, mi pokazujemo da u prodajnom kontekstu, ukoliko su odre\u0111eni kriteriji zadovoljeni, mi dovodimo u situaciju ljude da njihova neuroti\u010dnost raste. Odnosno, da ljudi u B2B prodaji mogu da pove\u0107aju svoj nivo neuroti\u010dnosti. E sad, kako se to de\u0161ava? Apsolutno ne zna\u010di da svi oni koji rade u B2B prodaji \u0107e sutra postati neuroti\u010dni. Dakle, ukoliko je okru\u017eenje takvo da ima veliki nivo nesigurnosti i ukoliko ta nesigurnost je uzrokovana time da ljudi u prodaji kontinuirano pregovaraju sa kupcima koji su jako iskusni pregovara\u010di, ukoliko je njihov na\u010din na koji su oni nagra\u0111eni za svoj posao baziran na vrlo kompleksnom kvotnom sistemu, tj. imaju svoju platu koja s jedne strane ima fiksni dio, ali ima varijabilni dio, ali taj varijabilni dio je opet baziran na mnogo razli\u010ditih parametara, obja\u0161njava Kadi\u0107 Maglajli\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Poseban fokus stavljen je na razlike izme\u0111u poslovnih kultura.
