I kako da se nosimo sa sobom kroz sve te mu\u010dne dane kao da godine menstruacije same po sebi nisu bile dovoljne, pa nam onda tijelo priredi jo\u0161 jedan potpuni preokret?<\/p>\n<p>Go\u0161\u0107a Oslobo\u0111ene je dr. Selma Jusufovi\u0107, specijalista interne medicine, subspecijalista endokrinologije i dijabetologije koja je svoje znanje i profesionalni put posvetila upravo menopauzi i perimenopauzi, \u017eena koja se temeljno obrazovala o svemu \u0161to ovaj period donosi, od hormonalnih promjena do psiholo\u0161kih i fizi\u010dkih posljedica. Malo ko zna da Bosna i Hercegovina ima stru\u010dnjakinju koja se ovako posve\u0107eno bavi ovom temom.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Jusufovi\u0107 je na po\u010detku razjasnila osnovne pojmove koji \u010desto zbunjuju \u017eene.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dijagnozu menopauze postavljamo kada pro\u0111e godina dana od posljednje menstruacije, objasnila je doktorica, nagla\u0161avaju\u0107i da menopauza nije iznenadni doga\u0111aj, nego ta\u010dka u vremenu koja se utvr\u0111uje retroaktivno.<\/p>\n<p>S druge strane, perimenopauza je mnogo du\u017ei i \u010desto izazovniji period.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Perimenopauza je sve ono \u0161to okru\u017euje tu posljednju menstruaciju. Mo\u017ee po\u010deti i deset godina prije i traje godinu dana nakon nje, istakla je.<\/p>\n<p>Kako je pojasnila, cilj savremene terapije nije samo &#8222;pre\u017eivjeti&#8220; ovaj period, nego \u017eeni vratiti hormonalno-metaboli\u010dko zdravlje. Posebno je upozorila na ono \u0161to se de\u0161ava kada se hormonska terapija ne uklju\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kada padne estrogen, nama se mo\u017ee u\u010diniti da je testosteron povi\u0161en. Tada \u017eene mogu primijetiti gubitak kose, akne, poja\u010danu maljavost, kao da ulazimo u neku &#8222;mu\u0161ku&#8220; fazu. To je posljedica te hormonske neravnote\u017ee, objasnila je dr. Jusufovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Na pitanje \u0161ta dolazi poslije menopauze, odgovor je postmenopauza, \u017eivotno razdoblje koje mo\u017ee trajati decenijama. I ono ne mora biti obilje\u017eeno patnjom. Jer kako ka\u017ee doktorica Jusufovi\u0107: Menopauza je period u kojem \u017eene kona\u010dno znaju \u0161ta ho\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Na pitanje da li bi situacija bila druga\u010dija kada bi mu\u0161karci prolazili kroz valunge, Jusufovi\u0107 je kroz smijeh odgovorila.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mislim da bi ve\u0107 sve bilo vrlo jasno definisano.
