Naime, \u010dak i naizgled bezazlene stvari mogu imati negativne posljedice ako se koriste neadekvatno i bez kontrole.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Ilhana Dolovi\u0107 &#8211; Had\u017eajlija<\/b>, magistrica farmacije, isti\u010de da danas postoje dvije krajnosti me\u0111u pacijentima. S jedne strane su oni koji ne vjeruju ni u \u0161ta i koji ne koriste nikakvu suplementaciju, smatraju\u0107i da im ona nije potrebna. S druge strane su oni koji, iz straha, pose\u017eu za svim mogu\u0107im suplementima, \u010desto ih uzimaju predugo, u prevelikim koli\u010dinama i bez prethodnih laboratorijskih nalaza.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nije svaki dodatak prehrani nu\u017eno dobar za zdravlje, posebno ako se ne koristi pravilno, ka\u017ee Ilhana i dodaje da se suplementi, naro\u010dito mikronutrijenti, nikada ne bi trebali uzimati naslijepo, bez prethodne provjere stvarnih potreba organizma.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Kao primjer navodi vitamin D, koji je tokom pandemije COVID-19 bio u centru pa\u017enje.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Iako je vitamin D va\u017ean za imunitet, njegova nekontrolisana i dugotrajna upotreba mo\u017ee biti \u0161tetna. Vitamin D je liposolubilan, \u0161to zna\u010di da se te\u017ee izlu\u010duje iz organizma, pa se mo\u017ee nagomilavati. Ako su vrijednosti vitamina D u krvi iznad 50 mikrograma, mo\u017ee do\u0107i do pojave simptoma hipervitaminoze, poput bolova u stomaku, gubitka apetita, mu\u010dnine i povra\u0107anja. Iako su te\u0161ka predoziranja rje\u0111a, ona su ipak mogu\u0107a, obja\u0161njava Ilhana.<\/p>\n<p>Antibiotska rezistencija sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e se bilje\u017ei i u bolni\u010dkim uslovima, a stru\u010dnjaci upozoravaju da je jedan od glavnih razloga prekomjerna i neadekvatna upotreba antibiotika.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Upozorava se da nepotrebna upotreba antibiotika mo\u017ee napraviti vi\u0161e \u0161tete nego koristi. Antibiotik ne uni\u0161tava samo lo\u0161e bakterije, ve\u0107 i one dobre. Time direktno naru\u0161avamo crijevnu floru i slabimo imunitet.
