U po\u010detku mu je \u0161ljaka u baru bila lak\u0161i na\u010din da zaradi za \u017eivot, ali je taj posao brzo zavoleo, posve\u0107eno u\u010dio i stigao do mesta iza bara u presti\u017enim njujor\u0161kim lokalima, a potom partnerski otvorio kultne speakeasy barove i restorane Employes Only i Macao Trading Company. Bio je jedan od glavnih aktera dokumentarca &#8222;Hey bartender&#8220;, neobi\u010dnog vodi\u010da kroz glamurozne klubove Njujorka koji svoju slavu duguju nekolicini vrhunskih barmena. Svoju knjigu &#8222;You Didn&#8217;t Hear It From Us: Two Bartenders Serve Women the Truth About Men, Making an Impression, and Getting What You Want&#8220; smatra \u0111ubretom, ali otvoreno ka\u017ee da mu je ona donela publicitet, novac i priliku da objavi knjigu koju je \u017eeleo &#8211; o koktelima.<br \/>\nDu\u0161an Zari\u0107 ve\u0107 godinama poma\u017ee kompanijama, restoranima i lancima hotela da inspiri\u0161u i usmere svoje zaposlene i menad\u017ement u zdravoj primeni radne etike, stava i li\u010dnog i timskog razvoja. Dobitnik je presti\u017ene nagrade u svetu ugostiteljstva &#8211; The Best Bar Mentor 2014. Danas \u017eivi u San Dijegu i svakodnevno ve\u017eba boks sa momcima duplo mla\u0111im od sebe.<br \/>\nZvu\u010di uzbudljivo i glamurozno?
