Poslodavci ve\u0107 danas tra\u017ee digitalne, multidisciplinarne i nove kompetencije, dok se tradicionalni sistemi rada od 40 sati i pet dana sedmi\u010dno sve vi\u0161e dovode u pitanje. U Yellow brick centru testirali su model od pet sati rada dnevno, \u0161to je, kako ka\u017ee, pokazalo ve\u0107u fokusiranost i kvalitetniji \u017eivot van posla.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mi smo \u010dak u firmi izveli jedan eksperiment. Radimo osam sati dnevno i dodaj tome jo\u0161 od ku\u0107e do posla, od posla do ku\u0107e. To ti je 10 sati u danu, zna\u010di ti nema\u0161 \u017eivot. I onda ja ka\u017eem mojim saradnicima mo\u017eemo li mi pet sati fokusirano da radimo i poslije toga da idemo u svoj lijepi \u017eivot? I stvarno smo to probali, za nas to radi. Ti slobodno mo\u017ee\u0161 da radi\u0161 od 7 do 12 ako nema nekih fiksnih dnevnih obaveza. I definitivno i ova radna sedmica u trajanju od \u010detiri dana&#8230; to je smjer u kojem svijet ide. Hajmo vi\u0161e prestati da se pretvaramo da smo funkcionalni osam sati, 10 sati na radnom mjestu. Ima tu i neka kafa usput&#8230; osim toga definitivno treba mijenjati i su\u0161tinu korporativnih sistema, kazala je.<\/p>\n<p>Marija govori i o vlastitom izazovu sumnje u sebe: \u201eJesam li ja ta koja treba da stoji pred ljudima i vodi ih?\u201c. Dijeli iskustva psihoterapije, NLP-a, duhovnosti i rada na promjeni uvjerenja.<\/p>\n<p>Jedan dio razgovora posve\u0107en je burnoutu. Marija ka\u017ee da iscrpljenost ne dolazi uvijek iz kancelarije.
