Iz tih komentara, a i iz primera kolega oko nas je jasno koliko je sagorevanje jedan od najve\u0107ih izazova kreativnog rada danas. Mislimo da je vredno da \u010dujemo \u0161to vi\u0161e mi\u0161ljenja na ovu temu i sigurno nije poslednji put da \u0107emo se vratiti sagorevanju.<\/p>\n<p>Ove nedelje smo u goste pozvali Hanu \u0106elap. Hana ina\u010de radi kao HR Associate u firmi Centili, ali pozvali smo je zato \u0161to upravo dr\u017ei mentorski program za kreiranje navika koje te \u010duvaju od sagorevanja na poslu. Pri\u010damo o tom programu, o uzrocima sagorevanja, o prevenciji i pogre\u0161nim pretpostavkama vezanim za hasl, ambiciju, zamor, stres i sve \u0161to danas prati rad u uspe\u0161nim kompanijama.<\/p>\n<p>Hana je tako\u0111e napisala 100 blogova o ovoj temi.
