O svemu ovome govori <b>Zvezdana \u017dujo<\/b>, direktorica agencije Communis Sarajevo.<\/p>\n<p>Agencija Communis Sarajevo, na \u010dijem je \u010delu Zvezdana, nezavisna je full-service agencija koja danas predstavlja jednu od vode\u0107ih u Bosni i Hercegovini.<\/p>\n<p>Zvezdana ve\u0107 gotovo tri decenije oblikuje svijet ogla\u0161avanja u BiH. Njena karijera zapo\u010dela je u jednoj od tada najeminentnijih agencija &#8211; Saatchi &amp; Saatchi u Beogradu. \u010cetiri godine kasnije, Zvezdana je donijela hrabru odluku i preselila u Sarajevo kako bi osnovala Saatchi &amp; Saatchi Sarajevo. Iako je planirala da ostane samo dvije godine, u Sarajevu je ve\u0107 28.<\/p>\n<p>Lider je, ali ka\u017ee da i lideri trebaju znati kada se povu\u0107i, kada pustiti svoje zaposlene da preuzmu inicijativu i olak\u0161ati im posao. Pogotovo ako su mla\u0111i jer mla\u0111i ljudi imaju druga\u010dije vizure, savjetuje Zvezdana.<\/p>\n<p>Posve\u0107ena je i razvoju \u017eenskog liderstva. Ve\u0107 dvije godine aktivno u\u010destvuje u \u017denskoj Mentorskoj Mre\u017ei, koju organizuju Addiko banka Sarajevo i Deloitte Sarajevo, a od osnivanja je i \u010dlanica Woman.Comm-a. Njeno zalaganje za osna\u017eivanje \u017eena u biznisu ogleda se i kroz predavanja na Festivalu Savremene \u017dene u Tuzli, gdje u\u010destvuje ve\u0107 dvije godine.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ee da u BiH ima jako puno \u017eena na vode\u0107im pozicijama, ali ona nije za to da \u017eene, po\u0161to-poto, moraju biti na pozicijama, te dodaje da je mnogo onih koje se osje\u0107aju dobro u sjenci svog supruga. Za\u0161to maltretirati \u017eene da budu karijeriste, ako to one ne \u017eele? Za\u0161to se pojam doma\u0107ice toliko degradirao?<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nisam za to da po\u0161to-poto na odre\u0111enim pozicijama moraju da budu \u017eene. Hajde da se ne la\u017eemo. Ima \u017eene koje se jako ugodno osje\u0107aju u sjenci svog supruga i to im savr\u0161eno odgovara, i njoj i njemu. Za\u0161to sada maltretirati tu \u017eenu da bude ambiciozna ako to ona nije? Za\u0161to \u017eene koje u\u017eivaju da prave tur\u0161iju ne mogu to da rade?
