U\u010denje da se postave zdrave granice mo\u017ee zna\u010diti razliku izme\u0111u samopomo\u0107i i ignorisanja vlastitih potreba. Kad postavimo granicu prema drugima, moramo biti spremni da je i odr\u017eimo, \u0161to \u010desto uklju\u010duje preuzimanje odgovornosti za na\u0161u ulogu u odnosima. Nau\u010diti re\u0107i &#8222;ne&#8220; bez osje\u0107aja krivice, kao i osloboditi se straha koji nas ograni\u010dava, mo\u017ee biti klju\u010d za izgradnju zdravijih odnosa, kako prema sebi, tako i prema drugima, ka\u017ee Danka.<\/p>\n<p>Da li \u017eivot mora da bude konstantna borba? Da li \u017eivimo ili samo pre\u017eivljavamo? Kroz introspektivnu analizu, istra\u017eujemo kako prepoznati trenutke kada se &#8222;zgr\u010dimo&#8220; u \u017eivotu i kako sebi omogu\u0107iti pauzu od stalnog pritiska i odgovornosti. \u0160ta zna\u010di pohvaliti sebe za male, svakodnevne pobjede?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; U dana\u0161njem svijetu, \u010dini se da stalno preska\u010demo prepreke, ali nikada ne dolazimo do cilja.
