Sve ovo naravno iz ugla employer brandinga, a sagovornica niko drugi nego Katarina \u0160onji\u0107, employer branding strateg i osniva\u010dica Empple-a. Pro\u0161lo je skoro \u010detiri godine od Katarininog prethodnog gostovanja u Digitalk podcastu, a od tada su se na tr\u017ei\u0161tu desile velike promene kada je u pitanju employer branding, pre\u017eiveli smo pandemiju, a da li \u0107emo krizu u IT sektoru?
