In the episode No 12 we spoked to Enrica Arena, an entrepreneur and innovator from Italy. She runs a company that produces fiber for the fashion industry. The most interesting part of her company is that they use by-products from the food industry, i.e. citrus peel to transform it into fiber. We spoke about Covid and how Covid forced us to stop and rethink the way we consume things, and how we can improve our attitude towards nature and planet Earth.
We also spoke about sustainability, circular economy, mentorship and community. She shared some very deep thoughts regarding community and how a sense of community is in our DNA.
