In episode 38, we spoke to Anu Chadha from Delhi, India. She is the owner of 3AClothing, a company that belongs to the textile industry. Anu shared with us how she became a late entrepreneur, which proves that age is not an obstacle in realizing our dreams and potentials. She left the bad marriage she was in and decided to move on with her life, without fear. Gradually, she developed a company and became a person that helps and mentors other people, young or old to start and develop their own businesses. We talked about what empowerment really means, what are possible ways of mentoring and empowering. Also, we spoke about mental hygiene and the importance of being quiet, present and conscious.

In the end, she shared with us some thoughts about fast fashion and how the textile industry changed during this past quarter of century.
