In the episode No30 we spoke to Dragica Stojic, Director of Customer Service in Vip Mobile. She shared with us how working with different people helped her to develop personally and professionally, what does it mean to have mentors not just in your team, but throughout the Group of companies.

She told us how Covid situation changed her life and made her adapt to a new normal, in a short period of time. We spoke about ambition, setting and achieving goals. She also shared with us how it is like to run Customer Service and what is the final goal of a good relationship with our clients. She also explained what is the difference between pure ambition on one side and hard work and dedication on the other.

She told us what is important for her as a mother of a girl, and what she is doing to raise one happy girl with a good and positive role model.

In the end she shared some tips on how to build a relationship with the client and how important it is to be flexible.
